   Cooked in our Chinese barbeque oven until golden 
   brown and served with a sweet soy glaze.

Peking Duck
(two-day advance notice)
   Per ancient tradition, whole duck is prepared and
   dried for  two days prior to cooking in our Chinese
   barbecue oven. After removing fat and bones, duck
   is served with a crispy skin, Mandarin pancakes,
   green onions and duck sauce. $25.99
